Where do you get your photos?

Artistic Letter Photography is located in the beautiful northwest region of the United States. The photos are all taken personally by Judy LaPora during photo expeditions over the United States and are only available through Artistic Letter Photography.


Do you offer photos in colors other than sepia and black & White?

The colors depend on the collection selected. For example the Rustic/Western Collection is available only in sepia or black & white, while the Baby Block Collection comes in pink or blue. These collections are not available in color, however future collections may be. If you would like to order photos in a color other than those offered, please contact us for a quote.


Will my photos discolor over time?

We use neutral pH matte board and photo safe tape to ensure the life long quality of your unique letter art.


What size are the photos?

All photos are 4"X6" with the exception of framed art with 9 photos which are 3.5" X 5". If you would like more than 9 photos in your custom art piece, please contact us regarding photo sizes and cost.


How big are the frames?

The size of the frame depends on the number of letters in your message.

How many letters can my message be?

1 – 9 letters.


What if I need more than 9 letters?

If you would like to create a message that is more than 9 letters long please contact us.


Can I order by phone?

Yes! You can order by calling (541) 923-4951. Please have your letters and frame selections already picked out.


When will my order be processed?

Your credit card will be billed and a receipt will be emailed to you after your order is placed. Orders are shipped within 10 business days of being placed. At time of shipment, an email will be sent to you notifying you of shipment and providing the tracking information.


Can I rush ship my order?

In the event you need your product even faster, please call (541) 923-4951 and we will try to accommodate. There will be an additional $25.00 fee for rush orders.


Do you offer gift certificates?

Not at this time. But check back often as we are planning to offer gift certificates very soon.


What is your return policy?

Artistic Letter Photography is committed to providing you with quality products. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a credit towards a replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. Please contact us as soon as possible in order to arrange for the return. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

In the event the product is damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will make arrangements with you to return the product so it can be replaced at no charge.

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee.


Who can I contact with questions about my order?

You can contact us with any questions regarding your order. Please include your order number in the subject line to facilitate a quick response to your inquiry.


How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are determined by location being shipped to and are calculated during check-out.


Do you ship outside the continental US?

Yes, however, orders placed outside the Continental United States are subject to additional shipping fees.


What carrier do you use for shipments?

Artistic Letter Photography offers two delivery options. Clients in the Central Oregon area can pick up their order FREE. Orders not picked up will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.


Do you have different shipping options?

We regularly ship FedEx ground but we can ship faster for an extra charge.


Can I buy just the photographs?

Yes you can! If you would like to purchase individual photographs to create your own framed letter art at home please browse our Collections to select your photographs and add them to your cart.


What are you going to do with my personal information?

Artistic Letter Photography is committed to our customers and their privacy. We collect information only for the purposes of processing orders or answering your inquiries. We do not sell, rent or trade personal customer information to any third party. Occasionally we may use registration or order information to contact you about promotions, special events, or send you free stuff. Hopefully this will be information that you are interested in and don't mind receiving. However if at any time you are not interested in receiving these communications or would like to be removed from our databases you may opt-out by contacting us.
